How come I dont have a period?
I am 29 years old and I do not have a period at all, I have been fixed so I can not be pregnet, so what could be wrong with me, would an inactive thyroid cause this problem? I kinda miss having my period.

Depending on how you were fixed... you still could be pregs
tubal ligation can still produce a viable pregnancy
Also there is a chance of ectopic pregnancy.
- Did you have your tubes tied, or did you have a hysterectomy?
- Loss of a period, or never having had a period is called amenhorrea. If this has happened for 3 months or longer, you should see a doctor.
I had amenhorrea for 2.5 years before I had a hysterectomy for other health problems. Although I had several complete medical and laboratory investigations, no cause for my amenhorrea was ever found. My periods stopped when I was 21.
