I am 29 and I have an extremely low amount of energy.?
Can someone give me some tips as to how I can feel like a normal 29 year old? I hate this, and it's been this way my whole life. Been tested for blood disorders and thyroid. Nothing wrong with me! Please no smart *ss comments, I have children and I want to become a better mother to them!

- I understand you have no energy, but one of the reasons you don't is because you don't exercise. Energy comes from putting forth work. I am 29 years old myself, and due to my lack of energy, plus a prehypertensive state that I discovered 2 weeks ago...I got fed up. I was tired of being tired, and I wanted nothing to do with high blood pressure; especially at my young age. Being the fact you have children, the best thing I can suggest is taken them on walks with you. If they are in the stroller still, take them in the stroller. If they are walking, have them walk with you. A friend of mine who is my accountability partner is doing this with her children (she has 2 walking talking girls, and the other is a little boy who is still in a stroller). It can be done, but the only way you can get energy is if you exercise. Sorry, but it is the truth. I have more energy than I ever imagined, and my my blood pressure has gone down within 2 weeks to normal...and I am losing weight. So it is awesome!
- wow this sounds like me 6 months ago

- Are youu sure you don't have Anemia? Because I do & I tell ya it's a b*tch. Having low iron means having NO energy. Maybe just try taking some vitamins, ones that have greens in them. I hear they're really good.
- No I don't exercise, I HAVE NO ENERGY!
- do you get enough excerise?
- Have you been checked for chronic fatigue syndrome?
- I am NOT overweight, only 95lbs. I eat at least twice a day. I also have been checked for anemia, I am NOT anemic!
- start eating shatavari tablets. daily four tabs for six months.
- We really need more info from you for this one. For example, did they test you for anemia? Are you overweight? Either of those conditions will cause you to be lethargic, and there are more, depending on your physical attributes.
