I'm losing too much weight. HELP please?

I'm still breast feeding my one year old. My weight was 117 for quite a while after pregnancy.

  1. Breast feeding can loose wt as you have burden of 2 people.
If you dont eat good then you can loose wt. start to eat healthy foods according to your body's and child's need.
  2. I talked to two doctors already. No signs of cancer, thyroid trouble etc.
  3. Nursing burns a LOT of calories. You have to eat a lot more while you are nursing. The same thing happened to my sister.
  4. Well you're also probably running around more and not sitting down to eat proper meals since you've got a one-year old. If you're very worried about it try to gain weight by eating more fattening foods or just eating more in general. If you have a small frame I'd say 108 is ok, but most people your height weight 120+, me included. If you're just tiny then I think it's ok but if you're worried just try eating more.
  5. Is 108 ok for my size, 5'3"? Can nursing burn THAT many calories?
