  1. The treatment in isolation is neither useful nor recommended. In my opinion, Reflexology being safer, surer, non-invasive and holistic treatment system shoul be tried for couple of sittings and then decision made on line of treatment. Meditation and Yoga can certainly help improve concentration and memory. Simple breathing exercises at home can help tremendously.
  2. Your levels need to be monitored expecially since youve had part of your gland removed.
Feeling tired and memory loss is a sign of hypothyroidism ( low levels) A common way the feeling is described is brain fog , like your in a daze.
Other possible symptoms of your levels going low can be weight gain , loss of appetite, constipation or diarohea, dry skin , changes in your hair (dry),tingling in hands and feet.
Tiredness fatigue is one of the big symptoms of the levels being too low.
it is possible that your levels are in the normal range but you will be experiencing symptoms of someone in the low range. this is because what was once natural for your body (high levels) has now changed to normal levels, which your body recognises as low levels ( so your body reacts as if your levels are low because of the sharp drop in Ts)

Your doctors need to be performing regular blood tests , more often if necessary to determine what your levels actually are.
It would also be wise to have tests done on the functioning of your Parathyroid gland .Sometimes these can become damaged/brusied when having thyroid surgery. This can result in hypocalcemia for a short period of time .This would mean you would need to be on calcium and vitamin D tablets, until they are healed.
Also it would be useful to have your iron levels checked , but insist that when your Iron is tested for them to do a thorough work up on the iron, because basic iron results can appear normal , but a more thorough testing of iron can show that despite all appearing normal, your iron reserves are very low.
    Hope this helps.
