Could a underactive thyroid be causing headaches?

Hyothyroid can cause high BP that can cause headaches...but that is far fetched!

- Underactive thyroids can cause all sorts of aches and pains, not to mention other more serious health problems. Your co-worker needs to see a doctor who will probably put him/her on a thyroid hormone to help regulate it.
