I always feel really tired, what gives?
I've been energy - less for maybe 6 years (I'm only 25) and I don't know why. I exercise 3-5 times a week and have a pretty decent diet. I get about 7-9 hours a night. I've talked to my doctors about this and they have done the usual tests for diabetes, thyroid, hormone levels, and they never find anything! I don't have any other symptoms, just never energetic and wiped out a lot. The only time I feel OK is when I'm drinking alcohol. Coffee doesn't really help me, exercise makes me feel good while I'm doing it, really tired after.

- I'm the same way & I'm 22. Seems like after I graudated, my body just slowed WAY down - I'm always tired, even after a good sleep and a cup of coffee. I hate excersice, but I've recently taken up photography - it keeps my mind active and inspires me to get up and go outside and shoot. I've found that I tend to forget about the tired feeling when I'm involved in something like that - maybe you could try the same, finding a hobby or something that will take your thoughts away from feeling worn down.

- If you are getting the correct amount of vitamins and nutrition in your diet, and you are exercising regularly, it could be that you are bored with your life. Do you have any hobbies or something other than work and working out to give yourself something to look forward to? Seems like I went through the same feelings around that age, but then I made changes to my daily routine to spice things up and make things more interesting. Of course, moving to a sunny state was a huge help too. Then I couldn't blame Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) anymore.
Try taking up a new hobby or activity.
- Do you feel depressed? If so, it wouldn't hurt to see a psychologist.
If not, talk to your doctor about taking special vitamins.
