3. It all depends on other thyroid tests. Your TSH will vary, it's what your thyroid produces that you should be worried about. If you have a low TSH and a high T4 and T3 you can have hyperthyroidism which is commonly caused by Graves disease. If you have a high TSH and low T4 or T3, you are hypothyroid and may be tired a lot of the time.
