Is it true that eating soya produce blocks thyroid hormone for Hypothyroidism.?

- For some people is does. I don't think the answer to this is clear, different sites say different things.
It is a food known as a goitrogen. There are more foods in this group such as broccoli. I think it is up for debate whether this effects healthy people with proper iodine consumption.
