Can synthroid cause erectile dysfunction?
I am a 38 year old male with hypothyroidism I have had great results with Synthroid, but the side effects leave me unable to perform sexually. I have also tried natural thyroid replacement, no sexual side effects but do not feel good on that medication. Any man with this problem? Please reply.

- I take synthroid too. I have never had that problem. Are you taking any other meds like an antidepressant?
I checked webMD and there is no indication of any erectile dysfunction.
- Ask a doctor or pharmacist, moron.
- I don't think the synthroid is your problem. My husband is on that medication for the same condition and he doesn't have any problems performing sexually. He is always ready to go. Check with your doctor you may have a different problem.
