Thyroid T4 information required?

my wife,s test report is normal range but T4 is not I think

That's basically normal. Even though labs have a normal range that is based on about 75% of the population. That means 25% of the population fall just above or below the normal range. The best indication for a thyroid abnormality is infact the TSH level and not the T3 or T4 levels. T3 and T4 levels can change during the day and based on what activities you are doing or how much stress your body has or even the protein level in your blood. So as long as the TSH level is normal she should be fine.
normale range of T4 is bellow 12.5 but in her report results are 13.5 it means there is 1 point difference is it normal ?
and iff its not what,s the reason behind it ?
